The location was great-just steps away from the main square. I really enjoyed staying in the old colonial building with its classic vibe. The staff was super helpful, even offering me an early breakfast pack for my trips. Perfect for solo travelers!

poor service

i was shocked to find the room was dated, not luxurious at all. also, the shower had no water pressure, certainly not what i expected. i almost gave a good review, but the staff seemed indifferent and woudl ve been nice to receive some kind of special treatment as compensation for such inconvenience. good grief.

We stayed here with our kids and parent, and the location was perfect for exploring Cusco’s attractions. The rooms were kept clean every day, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even providing an early breakfast for our excursions.

My children wanted quieter rooms, as it got quite noisy.
